"I'm not the most sophisticated connoisseur of world cuisine, but I know what I like, and I definitely liked my partner's reaction to dining at the Du Jour Bistro. She said, "I think that was the best meal I ever had!" For a small establishment tucked away on Cornwall Avenue, I couldn't have hoped for more. Her response was so enthusiastic that I decided to try my luck with some real tough customers. Her oldest daughters both work at upscale restaurants. Her youngest is a teenager - need I say more? I wouldn't be offering this testimonial if the result had not been satisfactory. But I can honestly say it exceeded even my wildest expectations. They all loved it!
